NURTURING OUR TALENT
Stirling Dynamics believes that its most valuable resource is its employees. All employees are supported to identify a path of progression, with aims and objectives reviewed through development reviews every 6 months. We support all employees in identifying opportunities where possible to offer growth and progression.
All new employees receive an induction to the company and the role. Whilst a lot of the initial training will be ‘on the job’, employees are encouraged to identify training opportunities that will support them in their career progression. Employees can submit a training request at any time for internal or external training. and all employees have access to online learning courses through the Expleo learning platform.
We aim to foster a culture of knowledge sharing through Lunch and Learn sessions, in which employees are invited to present what they have learnt from a project, share their technical knowledge or even share something non-work related such as a hobby.

We are guided by our shared values in everything we do.

Recruitment FAQs
Whether you are interested in a work placement or a specific live role, here are our most asked recruitment questions
-
Did you receive my recent application?
All applicants will have received an automatic email confirming receipt of their application. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications we receive, we are only able to respond with further progress updates to successful applications. If you didn’t receive an automatic email confirmation when you applied and you are not sure if your application was submitted, please feel free to email recruitment@stirling-dynamics.com confirming your name, the role you have applied for and the date of your application, and someone will get back to you to confirm.
-
Does Stirling Dynamics offer a graduate training programme?
Yes, we run a 2-year graduate training programme which includes 4 x 6-month rotations across different areas of the business. We also occasionally recruit for graduate roles within certain engineering capabilities so please keep an eye on our vacancies page.
-
Can I apply for work experience?
Unfortunately, we do not offer work experience. We will occasionally consider internships, but this is on an ad hoc basis and dependent on business needs.
-
What is Stirling Dynamics' recruitment process?
All applicants will need to submit their CV through the online application form for the vacancy that interests you. If successful, one of our recruiters will contact you to schedule an interview. -
What are the working hours at Stirling Dynamics?
The standard full-time hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Our core working hours are 10 am – 3 pm Monday-Thursday, and 10 am – 12.30 pm on Fridays, providing employees with the flexibility they need to balance their working life around their personal life.
