"The Scheme was an excellent introduction to the niche engineering capabilities at Stirling Dynamics. We have explored a comprehensive range of topics. Expert engineers in each area across the company led the sessions, giving us the opportunity to engage with various professionals across Stirling. It provided us a seamless transition from academic study to the professional realm, equipping us with valuable skills and knowledge."
