Our teams from the UK and US came together between Nov. 28 – Dec. 1 at the 2011 International Interservice Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) in Orlando, Florida to showcase Stirling’s latest products from our low cost, medium fidelity Next Generation range – our F-35 Stick and Throttle set. These active inceptors generated considerable interest from both the military and industry for their unique mix of affordability, fidelity, space claim and easy integration.
Ron Stiles, who heads up Stirling’s new office in Orlando said, “I/ITSEC is the world’s premier conference for the modeling, simulation and training industry. Despite an uncertain world economy and declining defense budgets, the record setting attendance and participation at this year’s event was reason for optimism. Training and simulation solutions remain crucial for war fighter preparedness. Stirling Dynamics is positioned for newer markets seeking more cost effective solutions without compromising substantial functionality. The focus now is engineering to suit versus over-engineering, and there is no better evidence of a design reconfiguration to meet cost conscience objectives than what Stirling Dynamics offers with the Next Generation product line.”
