Stirling Dynamics is holding a virtual recruitment event on Thursday 30th September from 15:00-17:00 BST. The event has been created to support our current recruitment drive and has been tailored specifically for prospective candidates who are interested in working for Stirling Dynamics now or in the future.
We have previously run recruitment events in person, but have decided to run a virtual event this year via Microsoft Teams to ensure that anyone who is interested can attend. We have prepared a 25-minute video about the company and the kinds of projects that we work on, which will be played on repeat throughout the event so attendees can join at any point during the 2 hours.
There will be a number of breakout sessions set up through the Teams event, so attendees can be put into 1:1s, depending on which areas of the business they are interested in. A number of key individuals from the company, including Executive Managers, Technical Managers, Project Managers and Engineers, will be able to discuss anything from staff benefits and company culture, all the way through to the technical skills and experience required for specific roles. One of our recruiters will also be available should you want to discuss the recruitment process.
