Airworthy Equipment Design
Complex electro-mechanical and hydraulic aircraft components
Stirling Dynamics has extensive experience in the development of airworthy equipment for; military, civil, fixed and rotary wing platform applications.
A wide range of product design solutions
From concept design support to production
The company portfolio includes a wide range of product design solutions including fuel boost pumps, axial piston pumps, hydro-mechanical actuators, electro-mechanical actuators, hydrostatic actuators, pilot controls etc. for applications such as flight control (primary & secondary), landing gear, fuel, hydraulic power generation etc. Our expertise facilitates working with the customer to define front end requirements and solution concepts, right the way through to the delivery of comprehensive design data packs to support equipment qualification and production.
To further enhance the equipment development offering, our system-level design expertise complements, and frequently enhances, the equipment level design as the system architecture and performance considerations are often essential to realise a robust equipment level solution.

DEVELOPING EQUIPMENT DESIGN ACTIVITIES UNDER OUR GROUP HELD EASA APPROVED DESIGN ORGANISATION
To remove the burden from the customer, Stirling Dynamics can develop the equipment design activities under our EASA approved Design Organisation (Part 21J) to provide solutions that are already demonstrated to be compliant with the applicable regulations. In addition to EASA, Stirling Dynamics has a strong background in dealing with other regulators around the world, partially the FAA.
In collaboration with our production partners, Stirling Dynamics can also offer a turnkey solution for the design, production and supply of airworthy equipment.
